Dr. Kevin Pighetti grew up in Westfield and graduated from Westfield High School in 1992. His involvement in sports sparked an interest in injury rehabilitation and the ways thoughtful care can help people return to the activities they enjoy.
He earned his Bachelor of Science from Trinity College in Hartford in 1996, then graduated summa cum laude from New York Chiropractic College in 2000 with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
